To Book Non-Camping sessions at Pinsent
Please read this carefully before making a booking
We have been looking at ways to reducing the impact of traffic to and from the site. To this end we have limited the number of evening sessions to three. This includes both Campsite and Activities bookings. Session times will now be fixed and it will not be possible to set your own times. This is to spread the arrival and departure times. The main trafic impact is when a large number of cars are arriving and departing the site in a short space of time. With the lack of passing places along the lane it soon becomes jammed with cars, leading to frustration for everyone and annoyance to our neighbours.
You can help by organising transport to reduce the number of cars used by your Section. We have a target of a maximum of 12 vehicles to transport all of your Section to and from the site. Meeting this target would make an amazing difference.
A strict traffic management plan will be in operation each evening and each Section will be expected to manage the arrival and departure of their vehicles. A copy of the plan will be sent to the Sections when the booking is confirmed. You can see a copy of the plan here

How to make a Session booking
(This has changed for 2024 so please read carefully)
There are three sessions available each weekday evening, with starting times at 1800, 1830 and 1900. All sessions will each be of 90 minutes duration, however, the 1900 session can be extended to two hours. Start and finish times must be strictly adhered to.
You will need to book one of the Timed Sessions. When you "add to booking" a set of options will show. Make a selection of the one(s) that you require. It will be added to your booking by the system when it is approved. Don't forget to click the "Submit Booking" at the top of the page once you have entered all the information.
You will only be permitted to make a booking for a date which is at least 14 days ahead.
Because of the large number of Sections in the District, you will only be allowed to make one advance booking in a half-term. This includes both Campsite and Activities. Once the half-term starts you will be able to take up any vacant Sessions/Activities on a first-come, first-served basis. This will give all Sections the opportunity to book at least one Session.
Half-day sessions are available, 0930-1230 and 1330-1630
