The Annual General Meeting of the Winchester District Scout Council will take place on Monday 9th June 2025 at 7pm at St John the Baptist Church, St John’s Street, Winchester SO23 0HF. All members of the Winchester District Scout Council are invited to attend. Members from within Winchester District include:

all Group Scout Volunteers and Deputy Group Scout Volunteers

all Group Trustee Board Treasurers

all Section volunteers, Assistant Section volunteers

all Group Active Support Managers

all Explorers (including Young Leaders)

all members of the Scout Network

all parents and carers of all Explorers (including Young Leaders)

A representative of the District Troop Leadership Forum, selected from amongst the membership of the Forum

the County Commissioner

the County Chair
Anyone can propose themselves or another person for election to the Winchester District Board of Trustees, and details can be found here.

An important part of the meeting will be to approve an updated Constitution for 2025/6.
